Major Prong Update (Ver .3)

It's been a minute since an update. This game got me a job in tech, so I've been busy.

New Settings: 

- V-Sync toggle (V-Sync matches the frame rate to your monitor refresh rate. Most likely your player experience will be better with it off)

- FPS Counter toggle

Bug Fixes:

- Music plays continuously through all menus

- Collision bugs (some may still be present, but I could not get any to happen during my most recent testing)

Known Bugs:

- Interactions between resolution and full screen (I tried to fix it, but I honestly do not understand my resolution code anymore, so maybe later)

- Mouse not working on some menus
